Parametric Enhancements

VISI Shoes has made significant advances in the management of parametric functions. The new internal structure have accelerated the building and re-building of bodies and surfaces, and now allows the automatic orientation of drive curves and the building of ISO parametric curves by existing shape.

Parameterised Sheet

The command Parameterise Sheet by 3D closed area has been improved. It allows the generation of 1 shape + 1 ISO surfaces and shape and ISO curves are created by elements like curve, arc, polyline, ellipse, parabola etc

Swept Solid

This command performs the building of a body by an array of swept sheets with one or more closed shape curves; building of a body or surface of swept type with leading element by parameter that may be segment, curve, arc, circle, ellipse, semi-ellipse, polyline, parabola

Last Design

The option for last design and engineering now also includes the capability to manage an imported surface model. VISI Shoes will smooth the surfaces, add them to the parametric tree and unfold the surfaces along the relevant selected curves; Last design can be used bi-directionally:- from 2D to 3D, and from 3D to 2D.
