VISI 16 sees the introduction of cold runners with the ability to manage 'cold slugs'. The updated interface also provides the ability to define different channel sizes to balance the flow capacity (both are very important for the correct flow simulation).

It is also possible to define the end point (injection point) of the gate and specific a gate angle for each channel.

A new explode manager has been introduced to VISI 16 to manage the mould/die assembly sequence. Based upon an interactive tree manager, the user is able to define the relationship between the different solids and explode the assembly for better clarity or improved documentation.
