eDrawings Publisher VISI 16 will see the introduction of an eDrawings publisher. eDrawings will provide users with the ability to share and archive 2D and 3D product design data. This tool will allow VISI users to collaborate more effectively with everyone involved in product development by using an email-enabled communication tool that dramatically eases sharing of design information. CAD Feature Management A new feature concept has been included into V16. This new tool will allow users to treat solid features as separate entities (when united or subtracted) and will provide the ability to dynamically move, mirror & rotate geometry already associated to the solid body. Electrode Improvements VISI Electrode has been greatly improved for VISI16. The latest developments include combined profile / face creation methods, improved collision detection & simulation, electrode sorting, multiple position support for HTML export, electrode status definition and improved stock management / removal.
